You really need to flour this very well before using it or your dough will get stuck

It works , give you those distinctive round marks , looks pretty . Delivery was perfect and on time .

Easy to use liner

Once you have used it a time or two, the proofed bread comes out easier and easier. I use a 50/50 mixture of bread flour and rice flour to dust the liner in the proofing basket before placing the dough in to proof. Makes a nice pattern in the finished bread. Fit my 9" Frieling Proofing Basket, perfectly.

Vennaton liner

I make sourdough bread each week. So far, the cotton liners have held up well. I like the softness of the fabric, which helps the dough shape perfectly in the bennaton. I’ve tried other liners, which are stiffer and rough.
